JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues;
- Creating a backup Job and safeguarding the data if there are any hindrances;
- Performing system upgrades following new releases;
- Maintaining internal documentation;
- Performing account setup;
- Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security;
- Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems;
- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Responding to client support requests.
- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
- Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
- Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
- Workaround if incident cannot be resolved.
- CCTV camera, DVR/NVR installation, setup and troubleshooting skills.
- Limiting Access to users and access on required footage and cameras.
- Working by your own hand/himself [no assistant] telephone wiring installation, computer and hardware maintenance, and all related works by your own hand.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- VMWare and MCSA certification must minimum 3 years experiences
- Knows how to install, configure, and maintain servers and networks
- Has knowledge about Windows server 2019, SUSE Enterprises Linux; ADDS; DNS; DHCP; and Group Policy Management
- Has knowledge about Firewall configuration: web filter app filter, VPN configure, Port Forwarding, Switch VLan Basic configuration, cabling, Access Point, Router
- Basic knowledge in cloud computing
