Secretary

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Arrange weekly management’s meeting.
  • Schedule and follow-up for visitor’s appointments and meetings.
  • Daily checking on incoming e-mails and reply.
  • Responsible for making reports and correspondence.
  • Making PR and creating PO for Stationary Stocks and inventory.
  • Manages daily stationary issuances and re-order stocks.
  • Coordinate with all recruitment for new manpower requirements.
  • Collecting CVs and replying to all correspondence related to recruitment and monitor until the selected candidates can join the company.
  • Telephone call receiving and transferring.
  • Tickets booking for employees.
  • And other related works as assigned by the CEO.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary.
  • Can multi-task and can work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English Language (read, write, and speak)
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Has knowledge in computer software/ Oracle/ SAP/ Tally-ERP
  • Strong support to administration & to the CEO.
  • Diligent, trustworthy, flexible, and with strong analytical approach.
  • With excellent interpersonal & communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Gulf experience is an advantage.
