JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Arrange weekly management’s meeting.
- Schedule and follow-up for visitor’s appointments and meetings.
- Daily checking on incoming e-mails and reply.
- Responsible for making reports and correspondence.
- Making PR and creating PO for Stationary Stocks and inventory.
- Manages daily stationary issuances and re-order stocks.
- Coordinate with all recruitment for new manpower requirements.
- Collecting CVs and replying to all correspondence related to recruitment and monitor until the selected candidates can join the company.
- Telephone call receiving and transferring.
- Tickets booking for employees.
- And other related works as assigned by the CEO.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary.
- Can multi-task and can work under pressure.
- Fluent in English Language (read, write, and speak)
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Has knowledge in computer software/ Oracle/ SAP/ Tally-ERP
- Strong support to administration & to the CEO.
- Diligent, trustworthy, flexible, and with strong analytical approach.
- With excellent interpersonal & communication skills – both written and oral.
- Gulf experience is an advantage.
