JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Provide professional pet grooming services for dogs and cats in a mobile unit at the clients’ location (valid Bahraini driving license will be an advantage, but not essential).
Pet grooming services include shower and blow-dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, shave down, breed-standard haircuts, and other typical pet grooming services.
Promote and upsell add-on services to clients in a professional manner.
Offer professional and creative advice to the clients when needed.
Build and maintain positive rapport with the clients to ensure return business.
Resolve customer service issues independently and efficiently.
Provide on-the job training for the pet grooming assistant(s).
Accept payments from clients and hand over daily revenue to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
Monitor the inventory and liaise with the supervisor regarding restocking.
Ensure the grooming equipment is properly maintained, stored, and secured at all times.
Ensure hygienic and safe working conditions by cleaning/disinfecting the workstation between services and at the end of each shift.
Perform such other duties as are customarily performed by an employee in a similar position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

MALE only.
At least 3 years (Preferably 5 years) of practical experience in pet grooming and styling of a wide range of breeds of dogs and cats, for a professional salon or a mobile pet grooming business.
Must be able to groom dogs and cats to breed standard.
Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
Formal training at a certified institution and a certificate/diploma will be an advantage, but not essential.
A people and animal person and communicates well with other team members and clients.
Must be proactive in contributing to the rising success of our business, encouraging innovation, and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
Candidates must provide photos and videos to demonstrate their pet grooming skills.
