Key Responsibilities:
- Install, administer, and troubleshoot SAP B1 v10 (for HANA, SUSE Linux) & Oracle EBS R12 (Oracle Linux, HRMS).
- Technical Administration in SAP B1: License, User Admin, General Settings, Authorizations, Document Design.
- Development of SQL queries, SBO Trans Notifications, DTW, UFD, UDTO, FMS, PLD, Add-Ons, Crystal Reports.
- Manage Hana Studio, SLD, Control Centre, Extension Manager; perform Housekeeping and Backup/Restore.
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery: failover, takeover concepts, switching servers
- Terminal commands (Putty) for SAP services; basic Network configuration, Rack Servers, RAID, and SAN storage.
- First-level End-User Support, Training, and complex issue coordination with global teams.
- Support New Project Implementation (Onsite/Offshore).
