KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct behavioural assessments and identify individual needs
- Develop and implement individualized behavioural intervention plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and monitor/document patient progress
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance and strategies to support behavioural development
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), or a related field
- Relevant professional certification/license (where applicable)
- Experience in behavioural therapy, ABA, or working with children with developmental needs preferred
- IELTS or TOEFL certificate required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
